Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Blessed Impressions Media. We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at inezreyes@blessedimpressionsmedia.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns We accept returns for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit for the purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items Coloring books that have been written in or used are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at inezreyes@blessedimpressionsmedia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
